Morgan Keay
Morgan has worked extensively on national tourism promotion efforts, most significantly in Mongolia and Afghanistan, including serving as a special advisor to Afghanistan’s Minister of Tourism, and convening two tourism investor conferences in Afghanistan that attracted more than a dozen pioneering international operators and investors.

Raymond McMillan
Raymond, a chartered insurance broker has over 30 years experience as an insurance executive. Worked in the Insurance Industry in Trinidad & Tobago as an Insurance Underwriter & Account Executive and in the UK for the Insurance Brokerage Market. A CII trainer and lecturer who pioneered the development of general insurance education in Tobago as the first lecturer in general insurance and the appointed representative of CII London.

Consuelo Castillo Kickbusch is a renowned, charismatic, passionate and influential speaker with a mission to empower the next generation of leaders. Throughout her career, Consuelo has shared her personal knowledge on becoming an effective leader in today’s global marketplace with hundreds of schools, colleges, universities, corporations, and government institutions both in the U.S. and abroad.

Richard Duncan
Richard W. Duncan holds a Bacholar of Science degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of the West Indies, and a Masters of Arts Degree in Public Administration from Carleton University.
Mr. Duncan has attended and made presentations at various seminars and conferences in the areas of Corporate Governance, strategic planning and bank management. He is also a Fellow Certified General Accountant (FCGA)and Fellow Chartered professional Accountant (FCPA) and an Associate of the Institute of Canadian Bankers (AICB), and has held various positions in the management of Grenada’s Public Finance, such as Accountant General and Deputy Director of Budget and Fiscal Policy. He is currently the Managing Director of Grenada Co-operative Bank Limited, an is an Accredited Director (Acc. Dir.)
Mr. Duncan currently serves as a director of the Caribbean Credit Card Corporation, Caribbean Financial Services Corporation (CFSC) and Grenada Property Corporation (Grenreal).

Evadney Campbell MBE
Evadney Campbell MBE has been in the media industry since 1987, when she became the first Black Female presenter on BBC Radio Gloucestershire, UK. Evadney spent 17 years presenting and producing an African Caribbean radio magazine programme, ‘Black Echo’, for the BBC. In 1994, she was awarded an MBE for services to the African and Caribbean Communities in Gloucester following her dedication to charity work.

Hon. Mohammed Salisu Bamba
Member of Parliament, Republic of Ghana

Ayuli Jemide
Ayuli is the Executive Chair of Project and Transaction Resources Limited, (a Pan African project development boutique). He is regarded as Nigeria’s top PPP and Infrastructure lawyer and was awarded “Best Lawyer, Nigeria” at the 2013 World Finance Awards. Chambers Global Guide and IFLR1000 reported respectively that clients say: “Ayuli Jemide has a vibrant and creative mind’’ and “has always proven to be a proficient, outstanding and excellent lawyer”, and “an excellent negotiator”.
With over two decades of transactional experience, Ayuli has advised on various notable transactions in Nigeria, including the establishment of the UPDC Plc $200 million Real Estate Investment Trust; Heineken BV’s purchase of five breweries in Nigeria; the $952 million Design, Build, Operate & Transfer of the second Niger Bridge; the $1.1 billion Finance and Rehabilitation of the Lagos Ibadan Expressway; the $513 million Design, Build and PPP Concession of Lagos State Blue Line; and the $193 million Operation and Maintenance Concession of the Lekki-Ikoyi Bridge. He has also served as a Consultant on the World Bank’s Nigeria PPP Project.

Dr Janice Wight
Dr. Janice Wight has over 31 years experience in the Finance, Management and Administration Sector. She has also worked considerable in the insurance industry and is currently Vice President of Freedom Equity Group. Dr. Janice Wight has worked with the Bank of Nova Scotia Trinidad and Tobago Limited, Maritime Life Caribbean Ltd, Asst. Manager Colonial Bank ,Former CEO Celebrity Mortgage Services and is currently the CEO Celebrity Enterprises International. She is passionate about developing future business leaders.

Romeo Effs
Romeo Effs is a serial entrepreneur, former corporate senior executive, High Performance Coach, Author and international Speaker. He became a senior executive at the age of 25 and started his first business at age 16. He has worked at a Senior Executive level through out the world in multi-national companies in numerous industries.

Aaron Moses
Aaron Moses is an expert on the Credit Union movement in the region; a Credit Union member since 1980, he is the current President of the Caribbean Confederate of Credit Unions, and a past president of the Grenada Cooperative League Ltd as well as a past President of the Grenada Public Service Cooperative Credit Union. His is also a current Director on the World Council of Credit Unions.
Aaron has held senior management positions in both the public and private sectors and served as the president of the Grenada Chamber of Industry and Commerce and Deputy President of the Senate of Grenada.
A graduate of the University of the West Indies and the University of Missouri, he holds an MSc in Telecommunications Regulation and an MBA.

Okite Obakponovwe
Okite is a Nigerian born British national currently working in the USA for a global multinational Oil & Gas Energy company as a Materials & Corrosion Engineer and Technical Authority. Prior to his USA assignment, Okite worked in Scotland for several years as a Materials & Corrosion Engineer in the UK North Sea Oil & Gas sector. Okite is a Chartered Engineer and professional member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining, and has Bachelors and PhD degrees in Materials Science & Engineering from Imperial College London. Through professional networking and ‘the power of association’, Okite has presented numerous lectures in the area of Oilfield Materials, Corrosion & Integrity Management, including associated career and professional development opportunities.
